The Minimalist Traveler partners with global merchants and works very closely with top shipping companies in order to provide you with the absolute best prices you will find anywhere.
Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, certain countries may take a little longer. International shipping outside the USA might take up to 60days depending on the country. In addition, tracking number is sent automatically if it is available upon shipment, but rest assured you're in good hands and all of your purchases with us are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping will always be free, everywhere in the world!
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, we will update tracking information within after the product is shipped. Tracking can be checked through your Order Lookup.
It is normal when you first receive your shipment confirmation email the tracking link is shown as tracking "NOT FOUND", because it may take 3-7 days for the logistic company to update their record.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
What happens if my package is lost?

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
- USPS for USA customers takes up to 5-7 days to update tracking if the product has been shipped from our international location.
- For other countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates.
- Shipping takes slightly longer with us because we offer free shipping for our customers’ convenience and we cannot afford to offer quicker shipping methods. This would force us to raise our prices, and we don’t want to do that!
- We DO NOT accept order cancellations for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT.
- We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered(E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if the replacement item is needed.
